Character & Style
In the glass the wine shows a calm, warm amber colour. The nose reveals aromas of dried fruit and apricot, giving a gently evolved and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate it presents medium density, shaped by skin contact and a finely textured structure.
Its personality is defined by the balance between the broad aromatic expression of Rkatsiteli and the more refined line of Mtsvane. The result is harmonious and layered. Bottled unfiltered, the wine may contain visible sediment. Decanting and serving in Burgundy glasses are recommended.
Origin & Vinification
Blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane. Carefully selected grapes, traditional skin contact and further ageing in Qvevri.
