A beautiful and intriguing amber colour. The nose reveals dried fruit and apricot, touched by hints of dried herbs and delicate floral spice. On the palate the wine is balanced, calm and structured, combining juicy fruit with a light tannic grip typical of skin fermented wines. Layered in texture and compact in form, it shows a full bodied presence and a long finish marked again by notes of apricot.
Kisi is an indigenous grape variety from Kakheti, fermented and aged in Qvevri. The skin fermentation lasts around 4 months, shaping the wine’s structure, depth and sense of place. It stands as a compelling expression of Georgian winemaking — a natural balance between origin, grape variety and craftsmanship, whose character is difficult to replicate.
