Ripe yellow colour. A Pet Nat with a lively and direct personality. The nose reveals gentle apple notes, giving the wine a fresh and open aromatic profile.

On the palate delicate bitter nuances appear, accompanied by intense, sometimes exuberant bubbles. Together they create a slightly prickly, somewhat raw texture that makes this Pet Nat distinctive and expressive.

 

Origin & Vinification

Mtsvane. Fermented in steel tank. The still fermenting wine is bottled and temporarily sealed with a crown cap. A natural, lively sparkle develops in the bottle, shaping the wine’s playful and joyful character. Partly hand disgorged.Unfiltered — … that is this Pet Nat!
