Character & Style

A Pet Nat made from the red grape variety Tavkveri. Noble ruby colour. The nose reveals garden berries, rather ripe strawberry, accompanied by a gently sweet, almost jam like fruit expression.

On the palate a softly integrated sparkle highlights the aromatics and the wine’s rounded character. A lightly lemonade like freshness, typical of Pet Nat, adds liveliness. Light, aromatic and uplifting — a wine that simply brings joy.

Origin & Vinification

Tavkveri. Short skin maceration in steel tank before the still fermenting wine is bottled and sealed with a crown cap. A natural, lively sparkle develops in the bottle. As with all Pet Nats of Beka Jimsheladze, partly hand disgorged and unfiltered — … that is this Pet Nat!
