A salmon colored rosé with a clear and composed aromatic profile. On the nose, ripe raspberry and red garden berries shape the expression. On the palate it is soft and juicy, with medium, well integrated acidity and balanced structure. The texture remains smooth, leading into a fresh and precise finish. A rosé with substance that still offers the lightness one hopes for.
LaNoir Rosé combines Lagrein from whole bunch pressing with Pinot Noir from the juice runoff of red wine maceration. The grapes come from Tappeinerweg in Merano (350 m) and from Schenna (700 m). The wine is first aged in stainless steel, followed by 5 months in 750l oak tonneaux.
