Character & Style
A golden Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder) with layered and refined aromatics. Notes of ripe peach, dandelion blossom and a hint of lilac shape the bouquet. On the palate it shows structure and depth, supported by a juicy texture and elegant body. In the finish, a fine and barely perceptible acidity gently recalls the Weißburgunder in the glass. A wine of quiet strength and clear presence.
Origin & Vinification
The grapes come from Tisens at 700 meters above sea level. After ten days of skin fermentation, the wine is aged for 16 months in acacia and oak barrels, followed by one year of bottle ageing.
