Character & Style

A lively Muscat Pet Nat with intense, aromatic fruit. Fresh Muscat grapes, elderflower and white peach shape the nose, accompanied by citrus zest and a subtle brioche note. On the palate, the wine is dry and refreshing, with juicy fruit, lively acidity and fine bubbles. True to its Pet Nat character, Rhapsodie has a slightly funky, playful side and a distinctive personality. A one-off Pet Nat from Domaine Gross, made only in the 2021 vintage.

Origin & Vinification

Rhapsodie is made from Muscat grown in the biodynamically farmed vineyards of Domaine Gross in Alsace.

As befits a Pet Nat, the wine is bottled before alcoholic fermentation is complete. Fermentation continues in the bottle, naturally creating its fine bubbles.

Vincent Gross made Rhapsodie as a Pet Nat only once, in the 2021 vintage. A one-off experiment and a truly original creation from the Domaine.
