Wine Selection:

1. Sekt Cuvée 2013 – Melsheimer (Mosel)   Twelve years of maturity, stillness and patience. A traditionally made sparkling wine with fine mousse, nutty nuances and elegant length. Not a loud appearance – but a sparkling wine that shows how beautifully natural wine can age when allowed to breathe and grow.
   
   
2. LaMa Manzoni Bianco – Riedingerhof (South Tyrol)  A matured white wine from Manzoni Bianco, grown in the Labers area above Merano at 600 m above sea level. Fermented in ceramic amphorae and then aged for 18 months in used 1000-litre oak barrels. Fine herbs, stone fruit, light oxidative nuances and alpine freshness characterise this wine, which impresses with its calmness, balance and impressive depth.
   
   
3. Mas del Habanero 2018 – Hodgkinson (Priorat) A Mediterranean wine from Garnacha and Cariñena, shaped by the iconic Llicorella soils – slate and quartz-rich rocks that have made Priorat world-famous. Aged for 24–36 months in a combination of large French 500-litre oak barrels (older and younger) and clay amphorae – an ageing process that reflects the diversity of soils, exposures and altitudes and allows for a strong terroir expression. On the nose, dark berries, plums, tobacco leaf, pepper and fine smoky notes. On the palate, intense yet fresh, with clear fruit, well-integrated oak and a clean, long, gastronomically impressive finish.
