And it is precisely this dynamic that we want to show: three wines that clearly and characterfully embody modern natural wine interpretations.

Wine selection:

1. Rebula Pet Nat 2023 - Fedora (Slovenia) First fermentation in the bottle, spontaneous, impetuous, vibrant. A PetNat that brings lightness and a bit of youthful exuberance – and perhaps opens the best door to truly experience natural wine for the first time.
   
   
2. Mare Antico 2022 - Alessandro Pialli (Veneto) A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon, skin-fermented wine – or if you like: Orange Wine. A calm, deep example of the modern style: texture, light vibration, complexity – a wine that shows how white wine can continue to evolve today.
   
   
3. Cosechera Listán Negro 2019 - LoHer (Tenerife) From the young winemaker Fátima Hernández. Volcanic soils, salty air and the autochthonous Listán Negro result in a wine with aromas of black pepper, soft acidity and a jammy aftertaste.
